Following a territorial reading of the urbanized landscape of Basel, the concept is straightforward: add a missing element to the existing network of gardens, parks and forests. An elevated strip of artificial landscape which, not only bridges the gap between north and south, but also configures new spaces for the neighborhood and the train station.
